Four letters and seven digits, e.g. MSKU1234567. Printed on the door of the box and on the bill of lading. The first four letters tell us the line.

Issued by the carrier at departure. Use the carrier B/L, not the house B/L, on the carrier's site.

Eleven digits with a three-digit airline prefix, e.g. 176-12345675 for Emirates. Type the number and we pick the airline from its prefix.
